Are there any discounts?

Book online and take $25 off. If you book two shows on the same day, it's $50 off each.

Do you need a deposit?

No. We hold your date without any upfront payment.

How do I pay? Can you invoice our school or company?

Payment is due on the day of your event, so there's nothing to pay upfront. Most families pay by Zelle, which is instant and the easiest for everyone, or by cash or check to the performer after the show.

Prefer a credit card? Just ask and we'll send you a secure payment link.

Booking for a school, preschool, library, company or other organization? We'll email an itemized invoice to your office, and we can include a W-9 and a certificate of insurance (COI). If you need a PO number on the invoice or have a vendor form to fill in, send it over and we'll take care of it.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once your request comes in, we check the calendar and email you a confirmation with your invoice, usually within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from us, text us. Please don't assume the date is booked until you have that email.

Can I change the date, time or place?

Yes, just call or text. With about a week's notice there's no fee. A change of venue is easy as long as the time still works.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel for any reason and your payment is refunded in full. Please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another family.
